“I wish” and “Lucky”

These are two things I don’t like hearing people say… Lets start with “I wish”…

Examples of how this is used is “I wish I had that body”, “I wish I could get that car” or “I wish I had that much time”… and That person is just "lucky"...

WORK FOR YOUR REST:

Work for your....NETFLIX.. Huh?...

- I relate a lot of my day to day work to my training. - Often when training or running a EMOM (every minute on the minute) I yell “work for your rest”.

- As with an EMOM you have to get X amount of reps completed within the minute and the faster you get it done...
